Is Asus LanGuard Technology worth it ??

I'm building a new low budget rig and I'm concerned about the Asus H110 boards which offer a technology used in designing the Ethernet ports, called "LANGuard".
They say it kills noise and eliminates unwanted electrical signals and so ...
Is it that real ?
Any third party benchmarks made out there about this technology ?

Is this PC going to be in an extremely noisy power environment? Do you have an arc welder running next to the PC? Do you live in a country with unreliable power and use a generator? If not, then you probably don't care.
