Is Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Capable of Overclocking AMD FX 8350 or FX 9590?

Does Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Overclock FX 8350 from 4.0 to 5GHz?
And FX 9590 from 4.7 to 5ghz

I doubt it 8350 maybe 4.6-7 and it may struggle with the high power requirements of the 9590 having only 6+2 power phases. That is where the other boards step in with better power design.
