Is Black Ops 3 Fixed?

If any of you are PC Call of Duty fans, you may know that Black Ops 3 was having some major issues on the PC port. I did notice that many of these videos and articles I saw where from November, so I was wondering if anyone knows if some of there was a good patch or anything?

My Black OPS 3 kept crashing the display driver and now with the new beta drivers, it hard crashes my video card to the point my monitor gets no video signal.
I first thought it was a AMD issue but folks with NVidia cards get the same issue. Thought it was a Windows 10 thing but some folks have Windows 10 and say it works fine. Hell there's guys with Windows 7 having this issue.
I'm going to try a clean install of Windows 10 (I upgraded from 8) and see if that makes a difference.
