Question Is DVB (motherboard CR2032 batteries) a good manufacturer?

Hi, in almost every laptop or motherboard I have touched recently, they are using DBV cr2032 batteries for the motherboard.

Is it a good manufacturer? Who is the owner of DVB? Can't find any info about it
