I'll get used GTX 760 and i wonder how it does nowadays. I'll use it at 1280X1024 resolution. Games that i want to play: Battlefield 5, Witcher 3, Dirt Rally 2.0, GTA V, CoD series, Rage 2 and AC: Odyssey.
When is GTX 760's support end? I've heard kepler driver support will be end in 2020. Am i wrong?

Solution
760 would indeed be an upgrade over your current gpu but it is kinda too late for today's games. X280/1050Ti would be better suited as entry.

Your cpu is going to struggle in some of these games and playing in a low resolution/details isn't going to help. You're better off trying to increase details to give your cpu a break from pre-rendering too many frames at such a low resolution. Yes, the cpu feeds the gpu frames. Lower res = more fps = more cpu usage and cause for stutters.

Ram is on the low side. With Win 10 consuming 2.5~3GB, you'd be lucky to have 4GB free left for games, probably 3. Cause for excessive pagefile usage.

Thought about going Ryzen? Besides gpu, you have everything else.

You wont get a smooth 60fps in those titles with that card.
I'd say the 760 works for older games but in AAA-titles like the ones you noted , i would go for a better card.

Ive had an GTX 760 before and it just doesnt cut it anymore in modern games, no matter the settings honestly.
But if you can play with +30fps you should definetly go for it since you can buy a 760 fairly cheap.

Any system with a 760 I’d have to wonder how good the rest of the spec is. What’s the full pc spec?

At such a low resolution you might be ok on low settings. A lot depends on what is acceptable performance to you. Some people game on really low end hardware including integrated graphics far worse than modern integrated graphics. Not that I recommend it.

I think it would be huge upgrade my current GPU. I'll try the find better GPUs like: R9 280X.
