Is all important data backed up? At least 2x to multiple locations well away from harm's way. Backups must be verified as recoverable and readable.

Will it be "all hands on deck" during the move?

Who or what gets priority when things need to be fixed or resolved?

Wondering about the remote work plans - will those plans be viable if the servers and/or the network is down?

What to do:

Forget about some online checklist. Prepare a checklist/contingency plan that fits your concerns, operational and functional requirements, and work environment.

Remember the 80/20 rule in the sense that 20% of what happens will cause 80% of the problems.

Make a checklist of critical items to keep track of to ensure that everything is done and in as much order as possible. Figure that both time and budget will be taking some hits. I.e., "first contact".

Delegate responsibilities to others to at least check things to whatever extent is possible. You should not, for example, be running around looking for where boxes got dumped.

Write down an honest and objective list of the top 10 things/priorities of concern. Plan for them. Who, what, when... get necessary pre-approvals to act beforehand. Emergency funds.

If there is still time left, then do a list of 10 more. Everyone needs to be ready, involved, and empowered.

Mr. Murphy and his gang of Gremlins are ready and waiting.....

And regarding 96 days in the office - in agreement with @USAFRet. That is not doing the business, you, nor anyone else for that matter, any good. Remember "No good deeds go unpunished".

We all have worn multiple hats - that happens. Not sustainable in the long run. Especially for small businesses and all the more so as I read into the context of your posts.

The problems go well beyond the present concerns, technical and othewise, regarding the described history and scope of the upcoming move.

Those topics, concerns, and some warning signs are a matter for some serious and likely lengthly future discussion.

Set aside for later - you still have lots to do as it is now.
