My 5-year-old pc has only 1 running fan which is the exhaust fan in the back.. I just recently noticed that the other 3 front RGB case fans aren't even connected to the motherboard because there aren't any more fan headers.... Is having only 1 exhaust case fan and no other intakes fan damaging my pc parts?

My CPU is an AMD fx 6300 and I had to replace the crappy stock cooler with a deep cool gammaxx 400. I also am running with a gtx 970. One of the fans inside my pc runs really loud and seems like its working really hard and I can't distinguish whether its the Cpu cooler, gtx 970 windforce , or exhaust fan. This old pc will be replaced soon by the newer one that I had built.

Solution
You should definitely get at least 1 intake fan in there. What motherboard do you have, because I can't see why your 3 intake fans aren't hooked up. Did you build this yourself?
Clarify, please. You have three front intake fans said to be of an RGB type that are NOT connected to the mobo. But you do not tell us whether they actually turn and suck in air anyway, or are they idle all the time? If they are running, then they are probably connected to the PSU, or perhaps to some fan control button on the case front. If they are NOT running ever then we will need more info to advise. Post answer. If we need info, we'll give you detailed needs.
