Question Is HP Omen 16 decent laptop?

Hello there. I'm buying my first laptop. The HP Omen 16 is cheapest RX 6600M laptop in my country, cheaper than most RTX 3060 laptops. I also really like how it looks.

It has:
-AMD Ryzen 7 5800H CPU
-AMD Radeon RX 6600M 8GB GPU
-Vega 8 iGPU
-16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM
-512GB SSD
-16.1" Full HD IPS 144 Hz Panel
-FreeDOS

My purpose: Video editing/rendering, JavaScript coding, Photoshop and gaming.

This laptop should be able to meet my expectations really well.

Is it good laptop?
