Question Is i5-4690k good for gaming with RTX 3050

i5-4690k

I really hope it is, because I have none of the graphics card left.

Since you have it, try it with some games.
Those parts represent a relatively well balanced system.

How good it is is for you to decide.

It’s a good combination but there are games that will run poorly because of the cpu regardless what gpu you use. Other games will run fine.

the 4c/4t CPUs from 8 years ago are not particularly known for stellar min/average frame rates in many of the modern demanding games.
