is intel core i5 6500 enough for gaming on high performance?

Im building a gaming pc and the specs are:
CPU:i-5 6500/tray
MotherBoard:gigabyte Ga-h110m-s2
Hard Drive:hitachi 1TB 32M SATA
SSD:SanDisk 128 GB
RAM:8G/2133 Hynix DDR4
GPU:Gigabyte GTX 1069 Mini ITX
CASE:IPPON Case Bullet 450W PFC
1.Im wondering if the cpu can handle heavy games on high graphics.
2.also Im worried about the tiny GPU...is it better to change it?..it's almost the same price as the GTX 1060 WINDFORCE.
3.Is a 450 W power supply enough for those specs?

I don't see any game that wants an i7 minimum, so you are good. The 1060 is good, and I see no problem... Best to get a 550 watt PSU at bare minimum imo... better to be at 600 watts.

The i5 skylake is more than enough and the video card is also good. The power supply tho isn't. I suggest a quality Antec or Seasonic 500W.

1. 3.5ghz quad core is enough for gaming.
2. Why get a micro GPU with a full ATX case? (Plus isnt that a micro board too?) The more fans/power connectors, the more potential a GPU has to overclock. If you plan on leaving it at stock it wont matter as much.
3. Yes, 450w is probably enough especially with a board that doesnt support SLI/NVME etc, but best not to use a PSU that comes with the case.

If you're worried about your CPU underperforming, don't be. An i5 won't even bottleneck a 1080 in most modern games.
