Question is it a dead pixel? (doesn't looks like)

hi

i bought this monitor and i realize there is a tiny black dot in a corner. at first i though its a dead pixel and i took a picture of it. what is see is a small stain in middle of 4 other pixels. non of them looks off.
anybody know what is this? is it possible to fix it?

Sounds like a pressure blemish of some kind. Not really fixable as far as I know. If you bought it new, return it. Used, well, good luck.
