Question Is it a monitor or a GPU problem? Or what?

Guys, I need help with my graphics card. I was just watching a Youtube video when all of a sudden, the video output disappeared (see attached video). What do you think is the problem?


CPU - A10-7870k OCed to 4.5 Ghz
MOBO - a88xm-hd3 gigabyte
RAM - Gskill 4gb x2 1600 mhz
GPU - RX 570 Gigabyte 4 GB
SSD 240 GB - Seagate maxtor z1
HDD - WD 1tb
PSU - seasonic 520w

Well it's not happening now, but when it did, I simply disconnected and reconnected the cable monitor from the GPU and it displayed my desktop again. My CPU and RAM were also overclocked and I got rid of the OCs after I 'sorta' fixed it. I'm just wondering if it will happen again and whether it's the GPU or the monitor or the overclock on my RAM.

I stress tested the GPU too with furmark and superposition for 30 minutes and it worked just fine.

So I updated to the latest AMD driver which is Adrenalin 2020 19.12.2 and as soon as I installed it. It crashed and got BSOD error that says "video tdr failure" atikmpag

After it restarted, i opened up 3d mark and it crashed again.


I'm not sure what's going on at this point, but what I'm mostly worried about is the initial problem which is this:
