QLED indicator got stuck at yellow DRAM LED after I removed them to install an AIO.
Tested my RAM and all slots, and found out slot 4 on my motherboard died.
So I installed my RAM in slots 1 & 3.
My PC seems to be running fine, but it's been bugging me for the last few hours.
Will installing my RAM into slots 1 & 3 somehow impair my RAM's performance?
Will my RAM's DOCP be unstable?

according to the user manual of your motherboard located at : https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...ING/E14401_ROG_STRIX_B450-F_GAMING_UM_WEB.pdf

indicates A2 B2 when 2 sims are used.,
that said, it's probably not using the ram sick in the config you have as paired but 2 x 8gb instead of 1x16 (2 sticks) will it affect performance maybe, perhaps a little. especially when trying to overclock it.

Okay, I found the problem. Turns out I had my CPU block screws screwed on too tight. lmao
My 4th slot finally works. lol
