Is the Cooler Master MWE 650W 80plus Gold good( non fully modular)?

Here is my build.
Ryzen 5 3600x
Galax RTX 2070 Super
Gigabyte X570 Gaming X
HD Western Digital 1TB 7200RPM
SSD Kingston A400 480GB
HyperX Fury DDR4 8GB 3200MHz (2×8)

Solution
I think I'll stick with the 850W one for future upgrades and i'ts a better choice
Just to give you an idea....I'm running an RMx 750 on a system that could get away with a 600 watt PSU.....and I'm running an RMx 1000 on a system that could get away with a 750 watt PSU.

I think you are making a good choice.

Good luck.
Is there a problem using a higher wattage than recommended?
I think either of those CX/TX are good choices.
As far as a higher wattage.
It's never a problem to use higher wattage.
Personally I think it's better for two reasons.
One....you have overhead in case you want to add something.
Two....a higher wattage unit will generally run cooler with the load being equal and "cooler" results in longer component life.
