I installed the 64 bit cd (upgrade) on one of my computers, and I have another 32 bit computer in my house that I'd like to upgrade. Can I just use the 32 bit cd to do that or do I have to buy another upgrade set?

Although your pack (as did mine) came with 2 CD's, it only came with one licence key - this means you can only install Windows on 1 PC, but you do get to choose if you want to install 64bit or 32bit.
EDIT: The_Prophecy was just slightly quicker on the typing!
One upgrade license per computer. You will need to buy a second one. I wouldn't bother trying to upgrade the system though. Get an OEM copy, backup any data you want from that machine and do a clean install.
