sorry what do you mean by RMA?
4 days ago i was playing BF3 with 7850 then it began showing "out of range" then i removed it, hoping maybe it was a little bit loose, but till now, no display..
the fans of 7850 is working..
i bought 7850 2 weeks ago..
the first 7850 i bought had the same problem no display.. then i returned it, got new 7850 but then..this happened.

Return merchandise authorization, basically means return your product.
So, return it again, and mean while get a new PSU. Your PSU is not really a great one, and if you have had the same problem twice, you should consider getting a new one. Either a Corsair, XFX, Antec.

i format my computer a while ago i am using gigabyte motherboard / i5-2310 / cougar 600w / 4gb ram / 7850 = not working like lacking power or what because cpu is on, everythings working inside the chassis but no display(blank)/ gtx 470 which is working fine with display

using viewsonic 21.5 widescreen monitor
