Okay, now the problem was that whenever I began to run the windows XP cd, or even sat in the BIOS settings window the computer would just turn off. I was hearing alot of activity in the machine as well. At one point I was able to get it to begin partitioning the Hard drive, and an hour or so later when it was complete it just shut off again.

I also decided to try my old IDE hard drive and was able to boot up windows and go online and check dxdiag. Unfortunately, there is only one IDE port on the motherboard so I wasnt able to use the installation CD for the video card (the online drivers wouldnt work, said there wasnt the correct "drivers or hardware").

Now I can't get the computer to turn on at all, a few times the LED lights flashed on when I pushed the button but went off immediately, now nothing happens.

Also, the PSU fans don't turn on at all for some reason.

I made sure that the heatsink is properly connected and attached to the CPU as well.

Should I order a new PSU, do you think that is the problem? Anyway I can solve it?

Would it be possible to link something that would do well with my computer? I dont mind spending the money (ack) on something that will last and be reliable.

I got the new powersupply, the computer works great!

It never goes under 64.1 fps in WoW (that seems to be the cap in most areas, anyone know why? Like in Battlegrounds it never goes higher, or lower than that) and in some instances well over 100!

Thanks to everyone here that recommended parts, helped me with troubleshooting, and convinced me to spend the extra money on quality parts!
