Is it OEM or retail? Anyone has any experience with this student version of upgrade?
License Pricing: Microsoft Student Option , Volume , Work at Home

EDIT: Was used it to install Vista for the first time on my mac's bootcamp partition a few years ago.

Is it tied up to the one PC that was activated only? Or it can act as a Retail value?

It's a systems student media.
I believe it can be used again as long as it isn't active on any other computer at the time of the new install.
Should be used like upgrade media not OEM.
