It's a NEW HIS RX 580 4GB GPU and is probably old stock, but it's only 85 USD. I'm aware that support has ended, my only other choices are pretty much the RX 560D for 65 USD or GTX 1030 for 56 USD. This is more of a backup GPU than an actual one.

Hello.
I would like to remind you that RX 4xx and RX5xx were the best cards for mining era.
Most of them were used in mining farms.
I saw in china a lot of them "refurbished" - but i don't know by who.
The point is : i own several Polaris cards, most of them were used for mining.
In my case i under clocked them and under voltaged them.
But not many users did that.
So IF...and i underline...IF indeed it is a New Old Stock, then for sure you can buy one with confidence.
Those cards are very good.

Be careful with Polaris based cards, as a lot of them were used in mining farms. Instead, I would save up a little bit more, and get something like a 5600 XT or non-XT 5700.
