Question Is it okay to buy a different model screen to put on my laptop?

Guys, my laptop Asus GL703GE-ES73 screen is broken, I can't find it on stores so I thought about buying any other Asus screen but same size 17.3" and 40 pins connector. Is it okay?

Notes: my original laptop screen was 120 hz.. Is it okay to buy 60 hz.... Or 144hz?

Using another screen won't work?

Different screens for the same model of laptop, sure.

Some other screen might work and would be compatible is one thing. Having the screw holes line up and the bezel fit is another.
