Im current using a I7 4770k, ASUS MAXIMUS VI FORMULA, gtx 1080 ti, 16gb corsair ram and a 120gb samsung ssd with 2tb hard drive. I've tried multiple times to install Windows 10 but i always get stuck on the blue logo screen with no spinning dots and im not sure what to do anymore.

your PC should be able to run win 10, its same generation as my PC

remove any non essential parts of PC, so extra USB devices, extra internal PCI cards, printers, only have 1 stick of ram, try removing GPU as well and run off motherboard
remove 2tb ssd from power/data while you install win 10 - this also stops windows putting boot partition on 21tb drive, it sometimes likes to share itself around.

Do you have latest BIOS?
