Most of RAM kits in my country are out of stock, and I only managed to buy 1 Corsair Vengeance RGB 1x8GB 3000MHz C15 last month (http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance-rgb-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr4-dram-3000mhz-c15-memory-kit-cmr16gx4m2c3000c15).

I just found an online shop that provide several RAM sticks as below (only 1x8GB - not a kit of 2):
- GSkill Trident Z RGB 1x8G 3000Mhz C16: https://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-3000c16d-16gtzr
- Team Night Hawk RGB 2x8G 3000Mhz C16: https://www.teamgroupinc.com/en/product/night-hawk-rgb-night-hawk-ddr4
- Adata Spectrix D40 RGB 1x8GB 3000Mhz C16: http://www.xpg.com/us/feature/482

So it seems that my Corsair is the only RAM with Cas15. Is it possible to pair mine with one of the above for dual channel? And which one should I choose? Or it's better to wait until I can find another Corsair C15? Thanks.

Possible, yes. But problematic.

They;'d likely run in dual channel at JEDEC standard 2133MHz - but achieving the XMP profile(s) likely won't be possible.
If anything, you'd have to manually dial in timings to get them to 'play nice' but, even then, there's no guarantee.

If buying a 'kit' is not possible in your location, the best chance would be to acquire an identical module (Vengeance RGB 1x8GB, same model number etc).
There's still no guarantee, but timings/CL should match - giving you the best chance.
