[SOLVED] Is it possible to increase the voltage of a laptop Li-ion battery? And if it is, how can i increase it with a laptop charger?

No. The chemicals in a rechargeable battery change after recharges and discharges. It just needs to be replaced. Anything else is asking for a fire.
