[SOLVED] Is it safe to manually delete the ThumbCacheToDelete folder via putting it in the recycle bin?

Just a random question because I had noticed that my Thumbnail Cache had moved to this new folder called ThumbCacheToDelete. Would there be any negative repercussions to my hard drive (i.e. the deleted files become phantom data) if I were to manually delete it instead of having it be deleted normally via reboot?

One way to remove it is to turn off thumb nail caching and turn it back on again
