My cpu is an i5 6600k non oc'ed. I want to run this game while i'm asleep and it runs at around 55c, will this damage it long term or no? Will it decrease its lifespan also. Thanks in advance.

Solution
Realistically, no. No problem with that temp. But any time any piece of silicon is heated continuously, it technically will shorten its lifespan over it sitting idle or turned off. As well as the other components on the board that heat up during heavy use.

I'm curious tho, what game would you run overnight when you are sleeping?
