Question is it time to upgrade?

Currently have a GTX 1060 6GB with a overclocked R5 2600 (4GHZ), wondering if its time to upgrade and what would be the best upgrade without spending a fortune. I am looking to play most new games that come out with singleplayer games id prefer to be pulling around 80-90fps and fps games close to 144, graphics are never something I am really crazy for so if I had to knock stuff to low for reaching the fps goals i would be completely fine and I also only play at 1080p. Was thinking of holding onto my cpu for a bit and just upgrading to maybe a RTX 2060 or a GTX 1070, any advice is greatly appreciated thanks .

For 1080P a 2070 is overkill, so I would recommend a RTX 2060 Super (or a normal 2060 if the price drops) or if thats too much get a 1660ti.
