There is something to be said for just buying the best you can afford. If it's over the top, you will eventually grow into it. I couldn't see the 7950X3D for sale on Amazon, I know you prefer Amazon, but you might want to consider getting it from Scan, Overclockers or Ebuyer. They are the main PC retailers in the UK, I've bought from all of them, they've never given me any trouble. I would exercise caution when buying from Amazon marketplace sellers.
To be honest I havn't read reviews on it, it was Corsair Vengeance and it was cheaper. I've never found RAM speed to have much impact personally so I'm not normally that fussy.
You've gotten your moneys worth out of that 980 Ti, you can still play pretty much anything on it, but things like Cyberpunk and Hogwarts Legacy do challenge it. You will be impressed with the 4080 though.
