Is it worth going up to 16GB of RAM?

Specs:

- Corsair Vengeance (2x4GB)
- Corsair TX650
- RaidMax Quantum
- ASRock Z77 Extreme4
- Intel i7 2600k Quad-core 3.1GHz


I was just getting different opinions on upgrading to 16GB RAM and if it would be worth it or should I just stick to 8GB

Depends on what you are doing!

Ram is relatively cheap, but depending on what you are doing, won't help, you can always add more later too

ok , is the purpose from this upgrade is mainly for gaming that wont help since any bad ass game don't use more 5 gigs of ram , if you are using your pc for video editing , photo editing , running servers , a lot of multitasking then 16 gigs of ram would be worthy upgrade.
