Ok... this should get you medium fps and is better than the Cyberpower one...mouse+keyboard can be bought very cheaply, I'll leave the choice to you. PSU and GPU are better too.

Nah, if I was you save up a little bit more, the GPU on that PC is really bad (won't run anything on high), and they haven't listed what brand the PSU is.
You might want to look at APU based systems around that price, from my experience building is always cheaper no matter what specs your looking for.
