Question Is it worth the upgrade?

I want to upgrade some of my components in the near future. I want to change from:
  • Ryzen 7 3700X -> Ryzen 7 7700X; $370
  • B550 Tomahawk -> B650 Tomahawk; $250
  • 32 GB, 3200 MHz, DDR4, Dual Channel RAM (Patriot Viper) -> 16/32 GB, 6000 MHz, DDR5 (Kingston Fury); $125
  • 2 TB M.2 SSD (XPG) -> Samsung 980 PRO SSD; $100
The reason for this upgrade is because either my CPU, Motherboard or RAM are busted, and I want to make sure that every piece is new.

If you wonder why I say they're busted, it's because my RAM can only run at 2133 Mhz. If I set them at any higher frequency, I get a bluescreen whenver I try to boot my pc. So I'm guessing it's the RAM sticks, but I think it could also be the CPU.

My PC is mostly used for Video Editing, but I also play some heavy games in 1440p occasionally.

Do you think this upgrade is worth it? Are there better alternatives within this buget to what components I suggested above? Are there any compatibility issues that I haven't noticed with this new build?

*Sidenote: I must stick to Ryzen CPUs. I have a 360 AIO Watercooler and I don't have the parts necessary to install it on an Intel Motherboard. I moved to a different country and I forgot the box at home and I don't know if it's a good idea to invest in a different watercooler.

BIOS version for your motherboard? You could get away with a cheaper update by going with a Ryzen 7 5800X while keeping everything else as is.

Mind sharing your specs to your current build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I updated my bios to its latest version a couple of months ago. So I think it's "7C91vAE"

My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
CPU Cooling: Id Cooling Frostflow 360 AIO
Motherboard: B550 Tomahawk
RAM: 32 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz (Patriot Viper)
SSD: 2 TB, M.2, Gen 3 SSD (XPG)
GPU: RX 6700XT
PSU: Gigabyte P850GM 850W Modular Power Supply 80 Plus Gold. (It's been recently bought, 3 months ago. I know, Ive been told it's very poor quality and it has a high chance of catching on fire. I will change it in the near future.)
Chassis: Deepcool Matrexx 50 ADD-RGB 4F (I added 2 extra fans on top)
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: Asus TUF Gaming VG28AQML1A (28", 1440p, 260 Hz)

Are you running just one stick of 32Gb memory or 2x16s or 4x8s? Depending on your config, it could simply be one module that is causing it to bluescreen when you push the clock speed up.
