Solution
Hmm it is kinda of an upgrade in some respects, a sidegrade in other respects. The single thread cpu performance will be higher but will probably be slower in multithread. I think the 6990 can be faster than the GTX 770 in some games and slower many others due to crossfire issues. So in over all gaming you will be better off with the GTX 770, the i3 will be faster in games that are single thread intensive, while the I7 920 @4.2 may be faster in games that can use load 4 cores or more. One good thing is the new system will use way less power and can be upgraded to top of the line gaming cpu/gpu without any fuss.

Okey thanks bro. So if there will not be huge impact i will better stay with my current rig. Maybe there is not posibility to play with 60fps but i can run every game on ultra settings with 30fps so it's still not that bad and also older games run perfectly except few titles like GTA IV.

Well it really depends on the exact games you play. You could save up a little longer and get a Skylake i5 and a current gen gpu like a GTX 1060 or RX480 and then you will be able to run 1080p everything cranked to the max on pretty much any game.
