I have 4 slot for memory and I'm planning to buy this:
Memory Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz DDR4

is it worthy to keep my current memory (so the total would be 24 gb)?

current memory: 2x4gb DDR4 the speed i don't know the right one to consider 3k or 1k (print below)

Mixing RAM is always a crapshoot.

It might work, it might fail.

With your current 8GB, are you running out of RAM in your regular use?

You could try it, but you'll probably be better off just using the new 16GB set.
if fails is just remove or have other consequences?

yeah 8 gb has not been enough for me i really need this change.

one more question, do you know the difference between DRAM frequency and uncore frequency in CPU z? which one should i consider when comparing with the 3200 MHz from the 16 gb pack?

If you just replace RAM, make sure it's in right slots according to MB manual. Most probably in same slots 2x4GB is.
