Can i access everything i downloaded on itunes like my music and movies on apple music and have them synced to all my devices that i installed the apple music app on?

If you don’t have a plan like iTunes Match then no the stuff you rip. from CDs won’t be there. And this applies to all devices and apps

All of my music is in there cloud through iTunes match, and so on all my devices and on any computer with the iTunes app I can listen to all my music
