Is laptop "u" CPU captable of streaming?

Hello everyone
I am planning on buying a laptop during in these few months. The laptop option for me right now is Dell XPS 13 which I am planning to buy
I5 6200u dual core processor
8GB LPDDR3 1866MHz
256GB of SSD
with 1080p non touch display around 1399 CAD

I was wondering since I will only play web games on my laptop... Is i5 6200u powerful enough to stream 1080p 30fps while I play my webgame?

Yep. You should be fine. Even if it gets a tad choppy, you can always use quick sync (Intel's built in hardware accelerator) to stream instead of using the CPU cores themselves.

Thank you for the fast reply this solves my problem of deciding 13" and 15" because 15" XPS offers i7 6700HQ
