Question Is my "500w" power supply for a RX 580 nitro+

So i have recently bought an RX 580 nitro+ 4GB and i am worried that my power supply is not powerful enough for it.
My power supply is chieftec ctg-500-80p and it has two 12v power rails at 20A both. My system:AMD FX-6300(not OC-d),Asrock 990fx extreme 3,2x4GB gskill 1333.

Does the nameplate list the max watts for the 2 x +12v rails? It is smaller than I would want to use even tho Sapphire specs out a 500W as min. Obviously you can't do any OC'ing with it.

For the two 12v 20A it is 400w.

When i play games it pulls around 180-200W.

What does? The entire system as read at the wall receptacle? What instrument are you using?

While the numbers on that PSU may seem OK, the actual reliability is suspect.
And if it dies, it might kill off some other parts.

I am using the preformance monitring from radeon it came with drivers.

It has all the protection or so the website says undervolt,overvolt,overcurrent,short circuit.

I run games normally like battlefield v the gpu is at 99% all the time at high settings i get above 60fps with 1440p monitor.When i put my hand where the power supply blows out air it is quite warm so i am worried.
