Hello.
I upgraded to a 7800x3d and a Rog Strix x670e-e gaming wifi about three weeks ago.
I only today saw video about the 7800x3d and mobos like mine burning up last year.
I checked my bios and it was 1303, which is supposedly, according to the patch notes the one that introduces a voltage fix, but the notes for the next two bioses said that on the site, so I didnt want to take chances that the fix had been changed with time and just went for the 2007 latest bios.
I flashed, set the DOCP back on for my 5200 4x16 Corsair rams and booted in.
My cpu ran on 1303 for three weeks. Was 1303 safe anyways or should I worry about the weeks it ran like that?
Thanks!
