I know i need to get a GPU but i don't know what to get, could someone also help me with that? i don't game much but i do use 2 monitors and do web design and i dont want to spend too much on it.

It's compatible but there are issues with the build (no SSD/slow memory/overpriced case & MB).

This is much cheaper, has plenty of SSD space as well as HDD space and the CPU has integrated graphics (Vega 11) so no need to buy a GPU.

If you just want to know if they are compatible: Yes
But if you would have to pick a GPU and dont want to spend too much money I would go with an RTX 2060 or gtx 1660 ti or the normal one

Is totally compatible but maybe it's not to balanced , change the memory brand for another one that had betters speeds for the same price with higher velocities , memory ram is important when you choose a ryzen for cpu , maybe you whould change the case as well, that one is so expensive, generally nzxt products are overpriced , i'd choose this one:

https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Carb...=corsair+case&qid=1558647160&s=gateway&sr=8-5

Then is better you have one faster storage for windows and things like that, for example that one our friend says above ,then i guess everything is correct , about gpu maybe you'll take rtx 2060 6gb that whould be perfect for your setup :D.
