The corsair is OK mate ,seasonic are generally better quality though.both those seasonic Eco's I listed will run that fine.
Your whole rig maxed out will barely touch 350w IMO - case fans use nothing - they're like .25a each.
I listed the 600w as well as its still under budget & will give you room to upgrade to 280x/290 in the future.

I will avoid any Corsair PSU that contains ' c ' in its model name and also the vs is not so good. It contains poor capacitors and transformer. It can fry your mobo and cpu better choice is that to get a good PSU because PSU is the important part of pc. As you have 1 TB hard drive and Radeon r9 270x, you need a better power supply. Get Seasonic or evga as they make great capacitors and transformer which is great for gaming and overclocking. .....

Basically agree with Rocking Durgesh. The VS series of PSU's are relatively low grade and are not usually recommended. Look at getting a better quality PSU that should provide clean, stable power, and last for many years. The other components will appreciate it, and they will probably last longer.

like i7 and madmatt been saying a good 500W can run the 270
