is my CPU bottlenecking?

I have a amd a4-6300 paired with a gigabyte amd rx 460 2gb model and my pc is struggling to run bf4 which I know i can run at medium-high settings.

yeah cheers I just did a msi on screen display and my cpu was always between 90-100% while gpu was barely at 25% 🙁 I dont get my new i5 6500 and new motherboard for another couple of months either L(

I'd recommend getting a Ryzen 5 1400 instead of the i5 6500
