Question Is my cpu dead?

So I was attempting an overclock and failed. I got a black screen with no signal. So I attempt to clear the bios. However I had no success in making my pc run again.

I can turn it on, all fans will spin but I can not turn it off via power button. What is my problem?

Have you tried to clean the bios with the battery method? Maybe the jumper or button method might work.

Yes. I tried both methods with no result. I'm not sure what's wrong at this point.
