I have an i5 760, and I am using a stock intel heat fan. This pc is roughly 8 years old and I recently fixed it. My thermals for this computer especially the processor are very hot compared to other current gen. processors. Idle, my temps are about 50 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit, and under load, they are about 95 to 100 degrees. Should I be scared of my cpu overheating or not. Or, should I replace the cooler to help cool my processor?

If you're worried about your thermals, I'm going to assume you meant Celsius. The stock cooler should be sufficient assume the fan is working correctly. The issue is likely old thermal paste or lots of dust. You should dust it out and replace the thermal paste. As for overheating, yes, 100 degrees C is way too hot and the issue should be dealt with ASAP.
