Solution
So a few ideas:

You'll get many more reads and responses if you post this in the Systems forum. Also, I would suggest that you include a budget. State if that budget includes the monitor cost, or if you already own them. Do you live in the US, or another country? If another country, then state a website that you feel comfortable buying PC components from. I would also have a goal stated. For example, "I want to game on a Fallout 4 with a triple 1080p setup at 60 FPS."

Yes, a skylake CPU and Z170 motherboards support DDR4. How much RAM? 8 GB minimum but 16 is particularly nice to have in general, although not required to get the most out of games.

Yes, the i5 does support DDR4 ram and you can run 3 monitors off of the 950, but, the 950 is the low end card on nvidia's side, you will not be able to run games on a 3 monitor setup with more than 30fps at med settings even. I'd say your system is low-mid range by today's standards, but certainly newer than most.

Solution
Yes. It supports DDR4. It is a good setup. If it's for gaming I would go for i3-6100 and GTX 970 while getting a much cheaper motherboard as that motherboard is Z170 which you don't need at all if you are not overclocking.

What is your budget? I will together a better build for you?

i have a € 800 budget ( without monitors) and would perfer to buy from https://azerty.nl/

also is this a good card for the build? i like this card alot but dont know if i should put it in my build because i tought that this card was better then my intel i5 which would then hold it back right? or am i wrong im no expert.

already a huge thanks for reacting
