Is my Gpu Damaged?

Gtx 960
Cooler Master Ex2 525w psu
I think I have broken my graphics card.....
I tried to overclock my graphics card in increments of 10 MHz for both memory and core clock.
At around 150 MHz I tried to run kombustor and see if I could get an increase in fps.
it gave 22 fps avg as the result.
then I tried to run witcher 3
I got 11 fps on ultra at 1080p
I had tested the card earlier and it delivered around 30-35 fps

IF Someone can tell me
How do you close a thread

The problem has been solved somehow
By closing GeForce experience
restarting the pc
and the driver starting again after crashing

It was likely overheating and throttling, did you back the overclock back down and then test it?

Rogue leader is probably right, however i had poor frames before when my pc was on "power saving mode"

Problem has been solved
(somehow)
I restarted my computer
ran a stress test
my driver crashed and restarted and my GeForce experience closed
Now I tested witcher 3 and it just runs fine
around 30 fps

FYI,
Gpu temperature are just fine
around 75 c

Rogue leader is probably right, however i had poor frames before when my pc was on "power saving mode"

I already knew that and have already set it to high performance in NVidia control panel
But somehow my gpu is running fine now

Ok glad it worked out. 75c is a bit warm but still more than functional.
