Question Is my GPU dead?

While playing games my pc froze and when i tried restarting the pc, it either didnt show anything or it started boot looping. (BIOS is inaccessible)

Then i connected my monitor to the iGPU and everything works fine.

CPU: I5-6600k (Turbo to 3.9 GHZ)
GPU: 1050ti
Motherboard: strix B250G
RAM: 8GB Hyperx 2133 MHZ

P. S. Lights on the GPU are on and gpu fans spin for about 3 seconds at the start

Is my GPU dead?
