Question Is my gpu dying?

Hey guys, i need some help, for the past few weeks, or maybe month im not 100% sure my graphics have been messing up and my games have been crashing for no apparent reason, i recorded a video of me playing with some of my friends on FiveM and encountered what i believe is GPU artifacting but im not 100% sure if its gpu or something else inside of my system.

I hope that someone here can help because i do not know if i need to go out and buy a new gpu or if my whole pc is screwed.

My system specs are:
i7 7700k
Asus Prime Z270-AR
Gygabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming
16gb Ram
750w Power Supply

only that game?
have you tried different, slightly older or newer drivers?
artefacting is usually static images on screen, that looks like it may be render issues on a select few frames at a time.
you can run some benchmarks on the card and see if it is performing as it should.

could be a driver issue, but could also be a GPU issue. We need more benchmarks if possible and try different games, as R_1 said

It happens on most games i try to play, and has happened for a while even with different driver versions. + im on the current drivers and it still happens
