[SOLVED] Is my gpu installed properly or is this just the performance

Hi just bought a rx580 msi 8gb and I tried running farming simulator 19 and gears of war 4 on it. The gpu feels trash and is getting 40 to 50fps on high. I tried medium and still the same. I have no idea what the problem is. any help appreciated

Please post your entire system spec including PSU make and model.
Also, you will want to monitor your CPU, GPU, Disk and RAM usage and temperatures in an overlay during load and feedback.

Apologies, I forgot to clarify, you can use MSI Afterburner.
If any of your components are reaching high temperatures or up to 100% usage, then you could be throttling.
