Question is my GPU overclocked?

i think it is because i tried a software i got on a disk with the gpu and its kinda sucks so it automatically overclocked my gpu without asking and i couldn't get it back to normal so i shut it down and removed it and now i think the temps are pretty high
i have a GTX 1050ti 4gb from GIGABYTE
and the temps are around 55 to 60 degrees
can somebody help me figure that out? thanks.

Which model GTX 1050ti 4gb from GIGABYTE ? There are at least 7 models.

You can check gpu core/vram clocks with GPU-Z or MSI Afterburner.

BTW - 60C under load is fine.
