Is my gpu running too hot?

Hello people, so I have a MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X and the temps sometimes hit even 80 degrees in The Witcher 3 is this normal for this card?

Maximum GPU Temperature is 94C .......80C is a little high , but not unsafe.

But isnt it supposed to run at like 65 degrees?
