Question Is my graphics card broken?

Having an issue where when I play a game (Hoi4) both my monitors lose connection to my pc and go black. I can still hear the video playing in the background and when I turn it off and on its fine. I had a similar issue before that was fixed by turning off XMP. Issue has come back but not as bad (PC isn't fully crashing). Assuming this is a graphics card problem although I'm not really sure, any help would be greatly appreciated, Cheers!

Running Windows 10
GPU - GTX 1660-ti
CPU - i5-11600K
RAM - 16gb DDR4 3200mhz
New 600w PSU
MB - MSI z590-a pro

Which PSU? original cables used from this particular new PSU?
