[SOLVED] Is my hard drive dying?

Hello everyone,

Recently I started having problems with games and textures loading for a looong time, with huge chunks of texture missing (for example in Forza Horizon 4 there was a problem with my "streaming bandwith" being too low and I thought that it's my CPU but the temperatures are low and it's working properly).
All my games are installed on my HDD and my system on SSD.
I'm running Windows 10 on MSI-H110M PRO-VD, i5-6500, GTX 1060 6gb and 8 gigabytes of RAM.
I defragmented my HDD and it helped only a little bit but the problem with slow loading is still there and it's extremely frustrating causing me to not join online games. Is my HDD dying and should I replace it?'

Additionally there were 2 reallocated sectors count before I defragmented the HDD but frankly I don't exactly understand what does it mean.

Thanks for all the tips, I wish you all good health during those tough times. :)

Bad news I'm afraid.

Reallocated sectors are bad sectors on your hard drive that have been moved to another part of the disk.
Bad sectors can't be fixed and will increase over time.

If there's any irreplaceable data on that HDD back it up immediately then replace with a new HDD.

Is it the cause of my games loading very poorly?
Also thanks for the reply.
